I'm not sure at what point you are stuck at but if you review the following URL/SAP Notes, it should be able to assist you with diagnostics.

Also, please review the following SAP Notes which will also guide you through diagnostics and solution manager setup/installation:

Also pay attention to the relevant notes listed on the bottom of these. If you follow these documents, I'm sure you will have your issue resolved.

Hello,

Can you tell me which SAR files and required to make my SMD server run. My R3 is showing SMD as yellow. How can I get it green. Which SAR files needs to be downloaded and from which location.

Do I need more file to be downloaded to install Agents. Pls help me I am new to this. Thanks in advace
