MFRPN in BAPI_PO_CREATE1

Manufacturer Part Number (MFRPN) is not available for mapping in BAPI_PO_CREATE1 whereas it was available in BAPI_PO_CREATE. If you have selected item from material master in SRM and you are using BAPI_PO_CREATE1, in R/3 it reads the MFRPN from material master and displays over PO. But if you have selected item from Catalog, the MFRPN is missing in PO.

Any suggestions for getting MFRPN in R/3 PO, when selecting a material from catalog in SRM SC ?

Thnx - AJ.

Hi Aj,

MFRPN is available in the catalog ?

If yes, did you configure the OCI to transfer it to the catalogue ?

I not :

- configure OCI to transfer it else

- you could use bbp_doc_change badi to complete PO by filling out the MFRPN.

Kind regards,

Yann

The gist of the problem is this - there is no interface for mapping MFRPN in BAPI_PO_CREATE1, whereas it was there with BAPI_PO_CREATE.
