Try cj88 reverse last year asset back wbs,KD547 comes.

Hi,

One assets was capitalized by wrong settlement from AUC to final assets in last year. But I try to reverse the WBS through cj88 i am receiving the error message like: Reversal not possible; last settlement was in period 008 2009 Message no. KD547 . The wbs status is active.

and I have reversal the asset 's depreciations.

could you please guid me how to reverse the asset ?

The posting period for 008 2009 will be closed.Check with your FI team and ask them to open the period and then do the reversal

Basically you are trying to revers settlement in clsoed period, is the issue. Get in touch with you FI Team.

Also refer SAP notes 372630, 140672 .

We can't open the 2009 08 period.Because we account rules not allow this.

We need the account document been happen in 201004 period.

And our system is 4.6.

The WBS is settle to 20 differerent assets at once.

We need reserve only one of them.

Do you have other suggestions?
