Adding Word Document for a Quality Notification with one notification Type

Hi Experts,

I want to add one word document to one Quality Notification (QM02) with one ZNotifcaiton Type,

what are the steps

You can use DMS(document mgt system) in the Notification.

By CV01n you can create the document & in object type you can select the notification.( or in notification you can enter the document type & document number.

or

use "Service for object" at extreem left upper side >create>create attachment

One more clarification , if i create document in CV01N and try to attach the document in QM02 the system is saying

Document type Z03 does not allow you to to object QMQMEL

Go here;

SPRO --> Cross-Application Components --> Document Management --> Control Data --> Define Document Types

Select your document type Z03 & click on Define object link from left dialog structure.

Here you need to assign object QMQMEL in front of Z03.
