Hello,
We have set BI Portal connectivity.
Also SSO is set between portal abd BI ABAP.
All connection tests in portal for BI system are ok.
Test as per note 917950 are ok.
BI and Portal certificates are maintained properly with Visual admin for portal and in STRUSTSSO2 for BI ABAP.
Check in RSPOR_SETUP is also ok.
Test with report RS_TEMPLATE_MAINTAIN_70 are also ok.
But still when we login to portal, go to tab Bussiness Intelligence and to BEx Broadcaster, it ask for user name and password which it should not as SSO is configured.
Previously both BI and Portal system were not with FQDN, so now we have made them with FQDN (by adding parameter in profile icm/host_name_full) and maintaining same in BI-portal configuartion.
Then also same problem, it asks for username and password while accessing BEx Broadcaster via portal.
Same configuration we have done in abother BI Portal system, there its working fine, not asking for username and password while accessing BEx Broadcaster.
Hence please let me know if some thing more need to be check.

Please refer to below link to identify the cause for SSO not working for BI portal.

Check the error and resolved the issue if any and let us know

The parameters are there in ABAP, and in portal system, logon method is ticket logon.
This is verified via RSPOR_SETUP report as well,

All results are green, except first one.

But while calling supportdesk url also I have used FQDN. as per note 937697

I am not getting why its saying that url in browser is not with FQDN.

Hi Abhay,
Please check the system object for the BI system (under System Administration -> System Configuration -> System Landscape) and see what is the "Login Method" specified over there. If it is set to UIDPW, then you will have to maintain User Mapping for each user. Users can do this themselves by going to Personalize link in the portal and then maintain their user/pass details for the relevant system.
Another thing to check would be the parameters login/accept_sso2_ticket and login/create_sso2_tickets in your BI (ABAP) system.
