Export Product in SLD

Hi,

I have an issue with exporting a Product from the XI SLD. According to SAP documentation I have to select the product and push the Export button. Afterwards I should be able to download the file to a local directory. Instead I get the following message when I press the export button: 'D:\usr\sap\XII\DVEBMGS25\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.lcr\servlet_jsp\sld\root\admin\download\export_20060622_135641.zip (The system cannot find the path specified)'

Can someone tell me what the issue could be?

hi Alex,

ask someone from your basis team

to check if folder:

DVEBMGS25\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.lcr\servlet_jsp\sld\root\admin\download\

exists on your XI server
