Unable to connect to Catalog

Error connecting to Catalog; contact your System Administrator

I am implementing SRM-MDM Catalog. I am trying to access the shoping cart from SAP Portal. I am using the link

Employee Self Service >> Shop>> My custom Catalog as defined in SRM.

I have ensured the connectivty between portal and MDM successfuly.

System Configuration>>Portal Content >> Content Provided by SAP >> Specialist >> SRM MDM Catalog >> System

Can any one tell if you are facing this issue and any help.

We have SRM 7.1, Portal 7.1, MDM 7.1

Hi,

The error indicates a problem in the catalog configuration (call structure)

Can you post this in the thread to see if anything looks wrong/missing?

Vikas,

The HOOK UP URL parameter needs to be keept as URL, not Return URL.

I got over this problem with this change.
