Google Chrome and Web Dynpro

Hello there,

our customer is running a SAP Netweaver platform with some web dynpro applications. The applications are integrated using Iframe in the page. Problem is, that Google Chrome only displays the page with an empty IFrame. Customer says, that this behaviour is new, after update from SPS 16 to SPS 20.

Firebug on firefox displays the IFrame with content in the code. Developer tools under Chrome only display the IFrame tag, without content. The src-Attribute in the IFrame Tag is correct. If I open the source link of the IFrame directly in a new tab of Chrome the Web Dynpro is loaded.

Any ideas?

I have seen no documentation supporting Google Chrome for SAP WD applications

Therefore end user issues may occur

However if you have evidence to the contrary let me know

You are right. I have googled and it seems, that Chrome is not officially supported by SAP WD. But the customer will say, that all worked fine, before the SP Update and also that the WDA are working, if you access them directly. Maybe there is a solution?!

The solution would be to change the web browser.

It happened to work by chance before the SP update...
