network view or edit authority for somebody

hi experts,

i wanna control somebody can edit network or just can view network in cj20n,is there a way to work out?

If you have EHP3 then you can control this by Access Control List(ACL)...you can authorize someone to only view the network and someone to edit network in project builder.
