Migration of Shopping Carts from one SRM Instance to another SRM Instance

Hi All,

I have a peculiar problem.. We are in the process of splitting our SRM system into 2 instnaces with the same backend ERP system due to some operational concerns. With regards to this I need to migrate or copy the existing Shopping carts for one entity with the linking PR information to the new system..

Does anybody know a way to do this? It does not matter if we have new SC numbers but the Linking PR and PO numbers should remain unchanged..
