mitigation control export file - system name missing

While exporting mitigation control in GRC 5.3 RAR, I found source/destination selection area is inactive mode and source column is blank. What could be the reason for this? Is it fine? if not how can I resolve this?

For this reason, I think, while I export the mitigation control file and open it I find no system entry at begining of the file.

Can I manually put destination system name entry in the file and import it? if yes, which system name should I put - physical or logical?

Putting in a manual name should work.

I suggest that you open an OSS message and let support check on your system.

Pal,

The mitigation control file will not contain a system name at the top. You must keep the first line empty for the upload to work. The reason is, mitigating controls are not created/applied at system level but they are associated with risk.
