Diagnostics agent DAA not starting

Hi,

We are having problems in starting diagnostics agent. Let us know your comments on the below logs.

Basically it was a DNS issue that we resolved it.

Hello Rohan,

Please provide information from logfiles which are stored in \usr\sap\DAA\SMDA97\SMDAgent\log\

Propably DAA can't connect to SAP System therefore it's not starting.

You are configuring DAA to solman or another SAP?

Which connection mode you choose during the installation of DAA?
