Hello,
I want to know if is there any possibility about making sure that the Log Report has been checked by the controllator.
I mean, I want to ensure that someone is responsible of reviewing Super User Access and it has done exactly the action that Firefighter was asking for. Is there any way to ensure this check?
Thanks in advance.
Control testing is something you could achieve with GRC Process Control, probably....
You could write a custom report that monitors have to run to confirm that they have checked the logs, that report could then be used to check on the monitors.
Of course you will never know if they actually understood what's in the log files
Frank.

Hi Pablo,
There is no possiblity for logging that or see, if the controller has check the report or not. The Firefighter has no approval or accepting process for this issue. He will just reach the automatically sending email, to check it.
At least, you can check, who has run the report (STAD).
Cheers,
Martin
