Internal Order determination for Sales order

Hi,

How to determine internal order in a Sales order directly without manual entry?

I know the internal order is at item level, but is it possible to have that field at Header level, by Screen config

This is one of the request from users to avoid keying the same number multiple times for each line item, as they know the internal order is going to be same for the entire sales order.

Hi,

The field at item level belongs to the item table VBAP (VBAP-AUFNR??). The header table is VBAK. This field does exist at header level (VBAK-AUFNR). You need to modify the screen so that the header field is available and open for input.
