Hi all,
When i Create a outbound delivery the date is 23.04.2010 , but the invoice shows the date 19.04.10, but the picking request date is 19.04.2010. How is it posible the invoice date shows the 19.04.2010.
Please give the solution for the above issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Suresh
Dear
Invoice date is picked from your Sales order based on your Requested Del. Date which you can check at Item level
under Billing Tab .

Just check as in the Sales Order , confirmed Delivery Date was 23.04.2010 when you were on Date 19.04.2010.So you have created the Delivery by extending the Delivery Date & change the Pick date as 19.04.2010.
When you create Invoice , the Billing Date was 19.04.2010 as there in the Delivery. Must be ,this could be the reason for Date.

Hi Suresh,
Billing date is generally picked as PGI date in the delivery. So, if the delivery and PGI happen on the same date then billing date will be the delivery date only irrespective of creation of billing document. However, if the delivery and PGI do not happen on the same date, then you can enter the actual PGI date as the delivery date and do the PGI. Hope this clarifies your queries. TQ

HI
Check whether the Actual PGI date in the delivery document is 19.04.2010. Since if it is the date of picking and PGI, then the billing document will also be the same date.
