Can we enter two line items of different divisions in a single sales order?

Yes you can. In the Order Type definition ( T Code VOV8) select your order type - Go to details - Under the Tab

General Control , check the box for Item Division . In the field Check Division , you can leave it Blank or give value 1. If you give value 1 , system gives message when the item division differs from Order Division.
