PGI done for Shelf Life Exp Date mateiral..??

Hi,

The case is that system has allowed to post PGI even after SLED date passed on.

Details are as below

1. In material master

Min. Rem. Shelf Life:1 day Total shelf life: 360 day is maintained

2. In batch master

Production Date: 2009/05/02

Shelf Life Exp. Date: 2010/04/27

Last Goods Receipt 2009/07/07

PGI done on: 2010/04/21

How system allowed to post PGI even SLED. Now customer is complaining about on 5days for expiration.

Pls suggets the solution

Hi

Kindly check the below

1.Check the movement type of the goods issue and check in the t code OMJJ that check shelf expiry date is active or not.

2.Check the manufacturing date and shelf expiry date in the Delivery document by going into the item batch split.
