Quantity field in Co11

Hi Friends,

When i am executing transaction CO11, we want the quantity field to be non editable for some users. Is this possible?

If yes can anyone please tell me what is the authorisation object for that field.

You can do this Via SHD0 you need the following field as Display only

you can assign to some users, Plz take help from ur technical person

CO86 option will not be user specific.You can create the Tranxcation Variant -CO11 by selecting the Yeild To Confirm option in display mode and then goto Variant Group -User -assing the user id so that it will be diplay mode specif to that id .

> duble click-Production order confirm.: Detail-------> find Yield to confirm-AFRUD-LMNGA and select Display radio button and save adn go to CO11 you find in display mode.

Option is to use transaction SHD0

The Purpose of transaction variants is to hide fields, menu functions, screens, to supply individual fields with default values or to change the ready for input status of one or more fields.

Using transaction variant, you can tailor screens to meet your required business process, and it can be used to accomplish security task, not directly supported by SAPu2019s security concepts.

A Transaction variant consist of a number of screen variants, customized to meet your requirements, Transaction variant only alters the layout of the screen. The Business processes delivered by SAP retain their integrity.

You can do with T code SHD0 transaction variant for the t code CO11 and also check T code CO86 for the field selection for order make it display there.
