billing due list

dear friend

sales order with billing block can't bill by using Tcode VF01,but in VF04,the sales order still display,

what can i do to ? not allow it display in VF04?

Hi,

Go to VF04 -> document to be selected ->tick No docs with billing block.

It will exclude the documents which are blocked with billing block.

Hi,

Goto the T.Code "VF04".

By default,if you select "Order-related" billing documents.

It will display all the documents that are having the billing block and not having the billing block.

To filter the documents such that only not having billing block,you have to select the tick mark "No documents with billing block" in the initial screen and execute.along with you have to select either "Order-related" or "Delivery-related" mark also as per your requirement.
