hi,
i am a newbee in webdynpro,i need a clarification.when i create a webdynpro application an URL is generated.what has to be done if i wants this URL to be accessed by the customer of my company.they may not be in our network.please suggest.thanks alot.

Hello Babita,
the internal (intranet) application URL is all you can get from SAP. If you don't want to allow customers to connect to your network (e.g. via VPN) you must expose the URL to the outside via a redirect in your company's firewall / router.
Both should be done by some basis guy and/or network administrator and has nothing to do with web dynpro / ABAP anymore.

Hello Babita,
If you have an external "Enterprise Portal", then you can integrate the Webdynpro ABAP application in to portal as a iView and give access to the required group. If it is not available, the above suggestion is the best way to do it. I hope this helps you. Let us know if you need any more help.
