nameserver not responding

Hello colleagues;

Version TREX TREX NW2004sSR2.

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2.

When open the TREXAdmin.bat show the error, attachment the word and

trace.

My customer said that is not possible upgrade to revision 50.
