Erro while deactivating MPOS - PA already deactivated.

Hi,

We need to include two new charateristics in the MPOS. I had first deactivated the PA. Then when try to deactivate the POS, it gives " Planning object structure deactivation failed " Message no. /SAPAPO/TSM792.

I have cleared all the forecast in /SAPAPO/AC05. But there are other time series like Sales order, Purch. order. Stocks.

Should this also be deleted and then I can deactivate POS???

What else needs to be checked to deactivate the POS?

Dear Aswath,

The error /sapapo/tsm 792 is because the planning area related

to the planning object stru is used in a consumption group.If you

remove the planning area from the consumption group you can

deactivate the POS.

Please check in transaction, SPRO->demand planning->basic settings->

Maintain consumption group, the planning area is linked to

the consumption group.

Please delete all the time series objects in the planning area and then deactivate the MPOS.
