How MDM integrates with Business Objects?

Hi Experts,

Does anybody have any documentation where it explains how MDM integrates with Business Objects?

I have read the White Papers and they show some examples, but it really doesn't say anything on how they integrate.

1. Do I still need to have MDM installed?

2. Does this work with MDM 5.5 Version?

3. Do I need BOBJ Universe, therefore BI in the middle?

4. Is BOBJ a front end for MDM?

I would appreciate any information you can provide.
