Procurement Profile Cannot be Changed

We are trying to close a Project Systems Network, but when we do this in PS, we get a message that the SRM Procurement Profile cannot be changed. The network component was an SRM / RFX relevant item that went to a bid and po. We are

running SRM 5.5 using the Classic design scenario. We cannot seem to get the procurement profile error to change to allow

for the closing of the Project in ECC. Would appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation.

1. Did you receive the goods for those PO ?

2. Are you trying the change the Purchase order ?

I do get this error when i chenge the purchase order from standard to limit item category . since this PO was created from SRM from the SOCO by the buyer.

at what circumtaces you are closing the PS order?

Hello,

The profile is determined based on the product category and purchasing group.

Check if you maintain table T160EX with these information.
