Request type for Role Expert not getting imported.

Hi Experts,

I am having problems in setting up of the work flow types for ERM in CUP. I have already imported the initial files for setting up of these in CUP, but that does not seem to be enough to set up the request types/Priority/ Workflow type in CUP.

I am importing these files in CUP, but it does not seem to be enough.

Am I missing something here?

Chinmaya,

Go to 'Miscellaneous' and make sure to activate the request type ERM. If you don't see ERM/role Expert here then you will have reimport the ERM files again.

Additional information: please make sure you import the AE_init_append_data_RE.xml file from the VIRRE folder, not the one from the VIRAE folder (that one is deprecated and may not work).
