Hi All,

When we are running online backup on disk in our production system, we are getting the below error.

We are using Oracle 10.2.0.2

Brtools we were using 700 (42), SAP adviced to use update the brtools to 710,.

But we are getting same error in 700 and 710(25) also.. even after following the note 1173119.

Please advice on this, which Disk back in badly needed for us..

Issue resolved - by using the brtools option.

Hi,

You are using a third party tool mkszip for the

compression, but SAP does not support this tool anymore.

Please check and apply the note

1173119 New function in BR*Tools to replace MKS

and use brtools 710 with compress option.

Please refer to SAP note 1388235 to solve this issue.

Note 1388235 - BRBACKUP with mkszip fails: c0000094

As a temporary workaround, you can omit the backup compression to create

an error-free backup.
