How can we manually create shipments or change the shipments created by optimizer.

plase help me in this.

Hi Mytri,

It is recommended to make changes or create shipments in the

execution system rather than in planning system.

Using /sapapo/vs54, you can delete a shipment from the system.

Hello Mytri,

You definitely can create shipment manually or change the shipments created by optimizer prior to they are released. You can do this using interactive planning board which you see when you run /SAPAPO/VS01. At time it becomes necessary to adjust the shipments planned by optimizer by adding or deleting some of the freight items depending on delivery criticality. As suggested by Senthil, you can do this in execution system also. This depends on the business need and at what stage you want to edit the shipment
