return Release Budget

Hello Gurus.

I have Make budget from CJ30 and Relese From CJ32.

Now I want to return back the release Budget.

How i do it ?

I use CJ34, CJ35 and CJ38 , but this only return the original and supplemenrt Budget. not a Release Budget.

Riten,

You have to change the Release budget in CJ32 only.But this new value should be less than the assigned value of that WBS element.Once your Released budget is changed you will be able to return or transfer the current budget.

As Ravi pointed out, you have to use CJ32 to return the release budget....If your availability control gets active on budget release then you must take care of your assigned cost, you must remove the assigned cost from the WBSE first and then remove the budget from CJ32, otherwise you will get budget exceeded error.
