How to activate Shopping cart approval ProcessControlled Workflow inSRM 7.0

Hi,

I need to activate shopping cart approval Process Controlled workflow in SRM 7.0. ,I have activated the link for Standard Work Flow Template WS40000014 .But the approval process is not initiated for Shopping cart.

(But its working for PO)

Do I need to configure something in the system?

Hi,

Have you executed all configuration step in IMG? Which process schema do you use for SC and PO? What is document status and workflow status in BBP_PD transaction?

Yes configuration is done.

Process Schema for SC:

BUS2121 3C_SC_600_000

BUS2121 3C_SC_600_001

BUS2121 3C_SC_700_002

Process Schema for PO :

BUS2201 3C_PO_600_000

BUS2201 3C_PO_600_001

BUS2201 9C_BUS2201_EX01

BUS2201 9C_BUS2201_EX02

In BBP_PD status is ....

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

Please suggest do i need to change anything?

Hello,

Based on your requirement of shopping cart approval, run the relevant BC Set in transaction SCPR20.

For auto approval of Shopping cart: /SAPSRM/C_SC_600_000_SP04

Check the workflow logs in transaction SLG1.

You BBP_PD shows Awaiting Approval. What is the workflow status? Please scroll down to find workflow statsu in BBP_PD transaction.

1.Can you please tell me which BC set I should run for N-Step approval.

2. There is no work flow status as there is no work flow log in SWI1.

Hello,

Following BC Sets are delievered as standard for shopping cart.

/SAPSRM/C_SC_600_000_SP04 Shopping Cart Without Approval

/SAPSRM/C_SC_600_001_SP04 SHopping Cart with One-Level Manager Approval

Search with in SCPR20 with /SAPSRM/*

If these do not fit your requirement, You have to configure your own process level by creating events & expressions in BRF transaction & performing change to the configuration. It is easy.

Now workflow klog is created.But the status is ERROR..

No Workflow Item Found

Do I need to change something in Configuration.It is stuck up in a loop in WS40000015.?

Hi,

You should check your Process Level definition. What is resolver name and decision type?

If you implement the note 1454035, you can get more detail log.

Hi Masa,

We have applied the SAP Note 1454035.But still we are having the same error ' Create Decision Sets'.

I have tried executing the method 'Create Decision sets in SE24..it is throwing an exception

Exception CX_BO_ABORT triggered

Termination triggered in '' - Rollback required..

Please suggest what to check..
