i hope this is the right place to ask for this. ABAP forum didn't provide any answers.
anybody knows of a good text editor that would show non-printing characters like carriage return (CR) or line feed (LF) in DOS, UNIX, and Apple?
i'm trying to decode PDF files created via ECONNPDF protocol used in SAP Document Management and SAP Smart Forms. i think there may be an issue with the recent upgrade of the RSTXCPDF REPORT (as of 03/30/2010), but without a good rendering tool i might be missing some characters.
the underlying issue is with the ASCII85 filter not parsing some attribute values when the PDF files are created via ArchiveLink.
Hi,
For carriage retturns and line feed you can use textpad from textpad.com . Supports DOS, Unix, Macintosh.
