back up not scheduled

Dear All

in IDES whenever i scheduled a job it showing in READY status, and the status is not changing to ACTIVE, i can't able to schedule daily backup

Do you have any background processes defined?

yes 3 background processes

Hi,

Please check whether operation modes are configured, if not pls configure the same. Still if you are facing the problem, pls post dev trace files of BGD process.
