Creation of Support Project

Dear All,

We have an implementation project created in Solman. But now we are into support project.

Now the requirement is to create a support project and it should have following structure....

1. HR

CR

Config Docs

FS

TS

UAT Document

2. FI

CR

Config Docs

FS

TS

UAT Document

or need to modify existing project.....

Hello Shree,

Did you try using the existing Roadmaps in Solution Manager ?? There are quite a number of roadmaps that you can refer and use in your Support Project. Eg : RunSAP or Solution Management Roadmap. You can access the Roadmaps using the transaction RMMAIN.

Thanks for your reply, Yes I have used existing road map.... My Query is how can I create my own roadmap and have my choice of folder structure....

Using the transaction RMAUTH you can edit a existing Roadmap.

Using RMDEF transaction you can create your own roadmaps.

Dear Shree, please enter on this site: service.sap.com/rkt, select "SAP Solution Manager"- SAP Solution Manager 7.0- below Solution Consultant (Functional Roles)- Implementing Solution and then select the right tutor for Roadmaps.
