portal error in srm 7

Hi,

can anyone pls tell me how to check error log while accessing srm 7 thru portal. i get error llike exception raised with exception iD XXX...

Hi,

You can check portal logs by going to NetWeaver Administrator. You can access the NWA using the follwoing link,

http://server:port/nwa.

Once logged in go to Monitoring-->Logs and Traces. Under logs and traces you have the options for checking dofferent logs.

Hi ,

The log is huge..it's not summarised..is there any way to find the exact reason....i get errors exception raised with exception IDs..

Hi,

NWA gives you log filtering funtionality. You can filter the log based on the User ID that got the error. Once filtered you can search for your exception id.
