SDM is not running

Hi All,

We had fresh installation of NW7.0 (ABAP+ JAVA), everything is running fine, except SDM.

I even tried to start SDM manually with ./StartServer.sh command, but its not showing running on portal..i checked logs..in one log ..jvm_sdm.out I found entries as below:

u201CStarting SDM - Software Deployment Manager...

tc/SL/SDM/SDM/sap.com/SAP AG/7.0014.20071029094708.0000

JStartupFramework is requesting to start the SDM Server.

SDM is currently detached from JStartupFramework. Forward this information to the JStartupFramekwork (disable SDM process).

Waiting up to 60 seconds for shutdown by JControl before exiting myself.

JControl is shutting SDM Server down

Asynchroneously processing shutdown request.

Server finished sending back the answer of the ShutdownRequest.

Shutting dispatcher down

Checked SMICM..its showing all trueu2026..

What to do next..??
