Customs document and customs declaration

Gurus,

In GTS Customs Mgt, what is the link between the Customs document and customs declaration. We are finding some info is transferred from feeder into the declaration, but same info does not make it to the declaration. (for example, country of shipment, etc) What's the best way to make shure these are aligned?

Hi,

- customs document is a system-document which is used in compliance management... e.g. for export control and business partner screening....

- Customs declaration is the name for a System document in customs management...e.g. for export or import declaration

Thanks. Finding that feeder updates one, but not the other for some fields that are common to both.

Also, regarding the transit document, does anyone know why only header info is populated?
