I have several times during the past 12 hours tried to request a new key from http://www.sap.com/minisap, but no mail arrives.

I have checked spam mail and I have tried with an alternative email address.

use the usual SMP url http://service.sap.com

Your browser is directed to another host. such as:

https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/~SAPIDP/002006825000000234912001E

keep the host part and replace the relative part by /sap/bc/bsp/spn/minisap/minisap.htm

For example:

https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/sap/bc/bsp/spn/minisap/minisap.htm

It worked for me.
