SCM 70 Upgrade - Compare LiveCache with download

Hello Everyone,

We are in the process of upgrading to SCM7.0 from SCM5.0 level. While executing LiveCache 7.7 upgrade step C5 - Compare LiveCache with download, we are getting many errors in one planning version.

All errors in this planning version say "Unknown order xxxxxxxxxxx: Does not exist or only partially exists in LiveCache"

All other planning version comparisons have been completed without any errors/warnings. Steps C1 - C4 have been successfully completed.

Has anyone seen this issue in the past and any troubleshooting tips??

Dear Mr. Khan,

-> Please check that you included the latest SCM 7.0 fix during the upgrade. Itu2019s recommended for the liveCache data download step.

All relevant notes to be applied and also the minimal required fix buffer has to be used, as pointed in the SAP note 1292734.

Was the SAP note 1403993 & were all notes for the C section step in the SAP note 1292734 applied before you run the C section steps of the report /sapapo/om_lc_upgrade_70?

-> For this problem I recommend to create the SAP message to the component u201CBC-DB-LCAu201D!

The case has to be checked on your system before the system will be released to users and CIF processes will be started.

We repeated the whole Section C and this helped.
