Vendor List and Contact Persons

Hi

In SRM Bidding Application

1. Can we delete Vendor List? If so how?

2. Can we delete Vendors in List? If so how?

3. When a Bid Invite is sent, Is there a way to send email All Contact Persons for a Vendor?

We are using BBP_BID_INV_PUBLISH.

But its only sending one email instead of sending to all contact Person for the Vendor.

Hello,

Yes , we can delete the vendor list. Execute the sourcing transaction and put the vendor list number. You will find the delete button at the last column .

Yes, the standard logic is when you publish a BID then only contact person of the default site of the vendor will get the mail. you have change the code then only it will possible to send mail to all the conatct person of a vendor.

there are 2 radio butons for velndor list one is actvaye and another one is deactivate.
