EDI setup in EWM

ALL,

To transfer master data between ECC-EWM we use CIF, but I would like to understand the complete EDI setup that is to be done between EWM and ECC.

Any help is appreciated

Hi Kiran,

A.To transfer master data like customer /vendor / material,will have to use CIF[core interface] technology.For this you have to do 2 steps.

1.Create integration model for customer /material/vendor and Tcode: CFM1

2.Activate the integration model and tcode : CFM2

This will create new master data/ move changes in master data to EWM.This 2 steps needs to be performed daily.Better way is to set up a daily job for this.

B.To transfer transaction data delivery details/ PGI confirmation / stock changes , SAP has provided standard Idoc type as

1.SHP_OBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA02 to drop order to EWM from R/3

2.MBGMCR for posting/stock change

3.SHP_OBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL03 for PGI confirmation to R/3.

and some more exists.
