mm01 basic data view

My requirement is in Material Master (mm01) Basic Data1 View In ADDITIONAL DATA I WANT TO ADD ONE TEXT TAB (for example INSPECTION TEXT TAB). In INSPECTION TEXT TAB i am maintaining some text here and when i am create PURCHASE ORDER in ITEM DETAILS in DELIVERY TEXT Automatically Display here. (In MM01in INSPECTION TEXT maintain text display in PO item details delivery text)

Can you please help what is the configuration.

Hi,

Please note you don't need to add a new tab for this purpose.

Please use "Basic Data Text" tab appear under Additional Data button option in the material master.

Under SPRO > IMG > Material Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Texts for Purchase Order > Define copying rules for Item texts > select "Delivery Text: and double click on "Text Linkages" . In the result screen click on new entries and then give the sequence based on the existing number, source object " material master" and source text "Inspection text" and in Fix column you can select N if you do not want any one to change the text that flowed into PO from Material.
