If I have errrors in the queues or in tcode SM58, what is the best way to notify developers or configurators that there is an issue with inbound traffic.
While we as basis folks monitor system availability, the interfaces from a business perspective does not fall under our charter.
So what is the best way to monitor and alert the end users of issues in SMQ2 and SM58?
We have Solution Mgr 7.01, and ECC 6.0 along with PI and CRM. We are focusing on PI and ECC for the time being.
Would appreciate any advice on which way to go regarding this type of process.

Wayland
