Error during solman installation

Dear Guru's,

I'm installing solman 7.0 SR4, once the installation starts we got an error in the first phase itself (Create Users for SAP System).

Error logs below:

FCO-00011 The step setUserEnvironment with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|NW_Users_Create_Do|ind|ind|ind|ind|5|0|setUserEnvironment was executed with status ERROR .

Hello there,

searching SAP notes with FCO-00011 gave loads of notes as results. Depending on the platform that you are installing Solution Manager on, I would recommend you one note or another...
