Accessing System object from WebDynpro

I want to access System object (Portal Object)from a Web Dynpro. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Also, where do I download the jar file containing com.sap.portal.pcm.IObjectsManager.

I added two jars com.sap.portal.ivs.api_iview_api.jar and com.sap.portal.ivs.api_landscape_api.jar, NDS gives an compilation error : "This compilation unit indirectly references the missing type com.sap.portal.pcm.IObjectsManager (typically some required class file is referencing a type outside the classpath).

Can you suggest which jar should i inculde in classpath for com.sap.portal.pcm.IObjectsManager and where can I downlaod that jar file.
