No open confimation and invoice

Hi Gurus,

How to find confimation and invoice is done for purchase order in srm system... Is there any function module available or Table available..? I checked bbp_pd_po_gethistory but it gives all confimation information made in system? I need full confimation done and invoice done po?

Transaction SE37.

Funcion Module: BBP_PD_PO_DOC_FLOW.

Insert BUS2201 and PO GUID( Transaction BBP_PD)

Thanks for the quick reply.

My problem is to delete po when Good is Completly received and invoice is fully done.

Here using BBP_PD_PO_DOC_FLOW is logged even partial confimation done and partial invoice done.

So needed rfc or table to find GR closed and invoice closed.

Hi Shiva,

You were asking how to get all the docs related to a PO.

To delete the PO:

.Reverse GR an IV related to PO.

.Transaction Process Purchaser order and delete PO items.

I want to delete po.Before that i want to confirm that no open confirmation and invoice for that po.

So only asking for rfc or table to find po with open confimation and invoice.

Hi,

Via web browser:

-Confirm GR or Confirm centrally.

-Display confirmation related to the PO.

-Select one GR. Enter. Click on magnifying details icon.

-Click on history tab. You will find all the docs related as well as cancellations and so on.

The above mentioned function all those gives information even partial confimation done.so only asking for rfc or table in srm to check full gr and invoice compltion.

I want any rfc or Table or fm having same functionality as TCODE ME2M in ECC system.
