does not used deliveries influence to planning?

hi all!

i have a question. from apo plannig requisitions transfer to erp. in erp stock transfer orders are created from erp and then, inbound deliveries are created from sto. so, if stock transfer order are not used or deliveries are not used fot transfer, what happens with order and deliveries? does it influence in planning in apo? we can i read about that?

What method do you use for planning interplant transfers, if you don't use STOs? You should model this same method in APO.
