Hi,

What's type of instruction you want to maintain in the customer master?

If it's just a text, You can configure a text type in Tx: VOTXN.

Then you can maintain relevant instructions under that text type in the customer master.

If you want to flow same to the sales order and subsequent documents, you can configure that in VOTXN as well.
