Websphere Message Broker vs SAP PI

HI All,

Does Websphere Message Broker provide all same functionalities as SAP PI .

As far as I know SAP PI does come with file adapters . You can receive a file in PI and convert it into an IDOC and post in back-end systems .

Can the same be done using IBM websphere message broker . If yes, how ?

Do I need to install any adapters ?

This is about WebSphere Transformation Extender, that is different to Websphere Message Broker.
