Triggering IDoc DELVRY03

Hi Folks,

I have to trigger an IDoc DELVRY03. I don't know how to configure this. I know only the technical part only e.g. how to configure partner profile, port & distribution model. But I need to know only the functional side configuration to trigger the IDocs.

Hi,

In WE20 we will define which output type to be used for the Idoc.

Now, create the condition record for that output type and maintain the medium as 6 - EDI.

While creation of outbound delivery, goto header output and give the output type and save the delivery.

If you want to know the functional side of EDI output types:

1. goto t.code NACE,

2. select V2 application, click on output types button in the menu section

3. in change mode of nace screen, click on new entries

4. create the output type with same name which was maintained in partner profile of the DELY03 type Idoc.
