SAP servers disk space

What should be the ideal disk space for the following servers with oracle as DB with RAID 5 and RAID 1 disk design . Are these correct .

EP : 20 GB ( for sap application files , raid 5) 80 GB ( DB files , raid1 )

BW: Please suggest

PI: 10 GB ( ( for sap application files , raid 5) , 40 GB ( DB files , raid 1)

MAM: Please suggest

Disk requirement is depend on business transactions if you are looking for production system.

If it is for developemnt or test then you use sap recommendations from SAP installation guides and add some buffer around 50 % for db.

Hi,

for bw--- 25 GB hard disk space temporary during installation - 12 GB permanent.

Noramlly we will set Raid 1 for application server and OS

and RAID 5 for DB files.

We also do take Raid 1 for DB log files and Raid 5 for DB data files.

Also do we require to take same disk size for BW as of ERP ?

What is the typical disk requirement for the MAM , does it require only ABAP stack for the installation .
