scheduling a background job on a specific day of the month

is there a way to schedule a background job for example on the 12 day of every month

Hi,Anita,

try sm36, select date/time, enter a day in "Scheduled start" and then choose button "period value", select monthly.

Hi,Anita,

One more comment, if you save the job setting in Sm36 and display your job shcedule in sm37, you will only see one job with status "released", the next job (for example start at 20100523) will only be seen until the first job (scheduled on 20100423) started to run.
